In order to promote social distancing to limit the spread of COVID-19, the Office of the Dean of Students (DOS) is currently operating with reduced staffing levels and has transitioned to offering most services remotely. Thank you for your understanding and patience as together we work to sustain the health and well-being of our campus community.
We are committed to maintaining high levels of support and resources for our students. During this time, our staff will continue to check and respond to voicemails and emails. DOS will also continue to offer crisis response drop-in hours remotely, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; please call 541-346-3216 if you need assistance.

Many students are dealing with serious financial disruptions related to the national response to COVID-19. If you are one of those students, please complete the application process for the Federal Emergency CARES Act Grant through the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.
If you are still experiencing a financial crisis after completing the application process or if you are ineligible for the CARES Act Grant, please fill out our online intake form, as you may be eligible to receive financial support from the Students in Crisis Fund. Once you complete our intake form, a Dean of Students staff member will follow up with you within a few days to discuss your situation.
